Harleen Masih has been a barrister at No 8 since she joined chambers in December 2008.
Harleen's principal areas of practice are Immigration and Asylum and Family Law.
She regularly appears in the AIT at initial appeal stage and on reconsideration in relation to both asylum and immigration cases. Her practice has increasingly involved human rights challenges.
Harleen has contributed to seminars on immigration issues.
In Family Law Harleen appears mainly in private law Children Act matters and domestic violence.
