June's specialist practice is in Family Law, and she regularly undertakes both private and public law cases. She acts for parents, grandparents, other extended family members and guardians, and is experienced in representing vulnerable clients.
Private Family Cases
June is instructed in a variety of Children Act applications, including intractable disputes concerning the living and contact arrangements for children; specific issue applications (i.e. such as schooling; removal from the jurisdiction; relocation disputes; name change); and enforcement applications.
Public Family Cases
June represents clients at all stages in Care and Adoption proceedings.
Financial Resolution Cases
June represents clients in the resolution of their financial affairs, following the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, in low to mid net worth cases. She seeks to find the best and swiftest resolution where possible, to protect the clients from the financial and emotional damage caused by prolonged contested proceedings.
June undertakes cases where clients seek injunctive protection from physical and emotional harm, and seek the occupation of a home.
